The ISOE program is managed by a Management Board consisting of members from each participating country designated by the Participating Utilities and by the Participating Authorities.
A representative of each Technical Center and a Joint Secretariat (OECD/NEA, IAEA) participate in the Management Board as advisors.
The Management Board is held once a year and Management Board makes decisions on each year the program of work of ISOE, the annual activity report, terms and conditions, country reports and budgets, etc.
As of April 2021, the ISOE program includes the participation of 76 utilities from 31 countries (List of utilities) and 27 regulatory authorities.
